Small Group Training: Sometimes individuals need a friend to motivate and push them. If you need a friend for support or simply to motivate you, then this is the perfect way to exercise. Small groups are similar to individual training but done with a friend, family, or colleague. This is the perfect way to make exercise fun. Schedule as many sessions per week as you would like.
